    Hotaru Tomoe appeared in the Super series as the daughter of Professor Tomoe. She became Mistress Nine, but some how Hotaru managed to break free from the clutches of evil and became Sailor Saturn, who holds the Silence Glaive. She nearly destroyed Earth with the fight against Pharaoh 90 but Sailormoon intervened and Sailor Saturn was reborn as a baby. In the last series, she was still as powerful as before. Yet she did not unleashed her true powers due to conflicting reasons. Hotaru had grown at an alarming rate as soon as danger made itself known to the Sailor Senshis. She was the one who increased the outer senshis' powers to Super level.
